10 Powerful Tips On Vastu For Plots

#1 The Right Shape Matters

• The shape of your land plays a crucial role in Vastu Shastra for land.
• A square or rectangular plot is the best choice, as it promotes stability and harmony.
• Make sure to avoid irregular, oval, or triangular plots, as they cause financial and emotional distress.
• If your plot is irregular, add a compound wall to form a square or rectangle.
• Use copper or brass Vastu strips to balance energy.

#2 Direction Of The Plot: Choose Wisely

Each direction has its own energy in the land Vastu Shastra. A North or East-facing plot is the most beneficial. West is considerable with a few Vastu remedies.

• North: It is best for wealth and prosperity, as this direction is ruled by the Lord of Wealth, Kubera. It ensures steady income flow and career growth.
• East: It is best for growth and name, as this direction is ruled by the King of Gods, Indra. It brings fame, social respect, and intellectual success.
• West: It is good for stability and strength, as this direction is ruled by the Lord of Water, Varun. It brings determination, control, and strong willpower. A west-facing plot is good if the Vastu principles are followed.

Vastu for West Facing Plot

• The main entrance should be in the Northwest (between 270° and 300°), not in the Southwest.
• Keep the Northeast open and avoid heavy structures there.
• Raise the Southwest corner slightly higher than the rest of the plot.
• Use Vastu pyramids or mirrors in the Southwest to balance energy.

#3 Land Slope: A Key Vastu Factor

• The slope of the land is critical in the Vastu Shastra plot selection.
• The land should slope towards the North or East. This ensures prosperity and growth.
• The land should not slope towards South or West, as they can lead to financial and health issues.
• For plot slopping South or West, create an artificial slop by raising the Southwest corner.

#4  Surroundings Make A Huge Difference

• The surroundings around your Vastu land affect its energy.
• Do not select plots that are near cemeteries, hospitals, or high-tension wires.
• A land with a water body in the North or East is highly beneficial in the Vastu Shastra for plot selection.

#5 Soil Quality: More Important Than You Think

• Before finalising the Vastu plot, check the soil quality.
• Ensure it is fertile, soft, and pleasant-smelling, as it is ideal.
• Do not buy land with rocky, black, or dry soil, as they represent low energy levels.

#6 Road Placement: Don’t Ignore This

• If the Vastu for land is good, but the road placement is wrong, it can bring challenges.
• Plots with roads on all four sides are the best.
• Otherwise, prefer the ones with roads in the North or East.
• Avoid plots with a road ending directly at the plot. This can cause plot Vastu defects.
• If the road hits directly into the plot, use Vastu pyramids or plants as energy barriers.

#7 Extensions And Cuts: Consider This

• For good Vastu plots, the land should not have missing corners or irregular extensions.
• If a plot has an extended Northeast corner, it brings good luck.
• But a missing Northeast or extended Southwest can bring obstacles in life.
• As per Vastu for plots, for the missing Northeast corner, install a water feature like a fountain in the Northeast direction.

#8 Energy Flow: The Invisible Force

• Each Vastu plot has a unique energy field.
• If you stand on the land for a few minutes, you can observe how you feel.
• If you feel uneasy, tired or heavy, avoid the plot. Follow the instinct.
• A good plot Vastu Shastra ensures a light, peaceful feeling.

#9 Avoid Plots Near Negative Places

• No matter how perfect your land Vastu is, if your plot is near a factory, slaughterhouse, or temple’s backside, it carries negative energy.

#10 Pay More Attention To Your South-Facing Plot

You have to be very careful while choosing this direction because it is ruled by the God of Death, Yama. It can bring power, authority, and discipline when designed correctly. It requires strong Vastu remedies to avoid financial instability and conflicts.

South Facing Land Vastu

• The main entrance should be in the Southeast (between 135° and 165°), not in the Southwest.
• Keep the North and East open and avoid heavy structures there.
• Raise the Southwest corner and use heavier structures like water tanks there.
• Use Vastu remedies like pyramids, mirrors, and energy regulators.
