Terms and Conditions for the GreenFortune profile warranty

The above-mentioned guarantee shall include the following accessional conditions: 

1. GREENFORTUNE UPVC profiles are to be installed in normal climate conditions, which doesn’t include highly polluted areas and/or having a temperature over 50℃ with high salt, fog, radiation etc. 
2. Application, installation and maintenance of GREENFORTUNE UPVC profiles shall be conducted according to the correct installation means as per company-defined guidelines and norms. After installation, the surface protective film should be removed immediately. Any damage due to door and window accessories, wrong design, incorrect fabrication and installation processes, improper handling and/or abuse due to cleaning chemicals are not included in the guarantee. 
3. GREENFORTUNE UPVC profiles shall be handled according to the regular method, and be stored in conventional, pollution and radiation-free environments. Storage and transportation should meet the GB/T8814-2004 standard requirements. Transport should avoid heavy load on profiles with careful loading & unloading. The UPVC profile should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse and in the form of a stack. The stack height should not exceed 1.5 meters. Direct sunlight exposure should be avoided during storage. Profiles should be fabricated within two years of manufacturing. Deformation, wear and paint damage to the panel caused by improper handling or storage are not included in the guarantee. 
4. Damages incurred by outside force/ force majeure e.g., fire, explosion, frictional impact and all accidents, natural disasters and contrived malicious damages etc., are not included in the guarantee. 
5. Upon receipt of UPVC profiles, the customer shall immediately check the goods. If any abnormalities/defects are observed, the same needs to be submitted to our company within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Concealed defects which only can be detected during the fabrication of the window and doors shall be submitted immediately upon discovery. Any other potential defects must be immediately submitted to our company within 365 days. 
6. If the customer finds during the period of guarantee that the quality of our UPVC profiles cannot meet the set guarantee standard, we undertake to reimburse the loss up to the purchase value of goods from the company. 
7. Application of compensation by the customer shall be authentic and fair and, such right of compensation is only limited to product quality which can be inspected by standard accredited laboratories recognized by Govt. of India. 
8. When a quality problem is found, the customer shall inform our company in writing, which is effective after the arrival of our personnel or representative in the local area or issuance of an acceptance in writing. 
9. Guarantee will be void in case of any arbitrary act of the customer.
