Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience who is proficient in Node.js. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of MongoDB, React, and experience with AWS, though the latter two are not mandatory but highly preferred.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust web applications, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate React-based user interfaces with the backend.
• Manage databases, primarily working with MongoDB, for optimized data storage and retrieval.
• Deploy and manage services on AWS (or other cloud platforms).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as required.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure timely delivery of features.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js (compulsory).
• Experience working with MongoDB.
• Proficiency with React.js for front-end development (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services for deployment and management (nice to have).
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and API integration.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages and front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
