Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and key decision-makers
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
- Qualify potential leads to ensure they align with company offerings and sales criteria.
- Conduct engaging and informative product/service presentations to prospective clients.
- Close sales effectively to meet or exceed defined sales targets.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop customer acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns; manage mailing lists and analyze campaign performance.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum 3 to 6+ years of experience in Business Development and Inside Sales within the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, product specifications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
