About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive strategic growth, build strong relationships, and open new channels for customer acquisition in the uPVC windows and doors market. Prior experience in building materials or related industries will be a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of business development experience, excellent analytical skills, clear communication style and a strong work ethic.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and key decision-makers
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
- Qualify potential leads to ensure they align with company offerings and sales criteria.
- Conduct engaging and informative product/service presentations to prospective clients.
- Close sales effectively to meet or exceed defined sales targets.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop customer acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns; manage mailing lists and analyze campaign performance.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 to 6+ years of experience in Business Development and Inside Sales within the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, product specifications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
